Paige hails from the Lone Star State and has been known to let a few “y’alls” slip out from time to time. The lightning half of the vision of Bash, Please, she is often found with a Moon Juice in one hand, directors horn in the other, finessing the finer details that make our events run flawlessly. On a constant quest for the perfect movie, honest conversation, and fried chicken reminiscent of her Nana’s, Paige’s unwavering attention to detail, keen eye for composition, and logistical mastery ensure that each and every event looks like a masterpiece and runs like a well-oiled machine (and always ends with a great dance party). Her favored remedies for a stressful day are playdates with her son, Rem, a jalapeno margarita, a philosophy book, and a good beating at the Korean spa. Capable of issuing directives while energizing the studio with jumping jacks and show tunes, Paige is the effervescent and visionary force keeping Bash, Please in motion and Kelly from worrying too much.
Kelly is an East Coast native with a Golden State heart. One half of the vision of Bash, Please, she is the thunder to Paige’s lightning. A delightful spirit, Kelly packs the creative punch that keeps BP’s design influential. You can catch her snuggling with her little dog Pickle, making homemade bread, fashioning a fantastic bouquet, working some Photoshop magic, and drinking an Italian jug of red wine. Kelly is a poised designer with a talent for modern simplicity and happy, refined textures. A natural planner, she is the ultimate list maker keeping everyone at BP on track with our to dos, creative ideas, interesting places, and a complete catalog of useful information. She is an expert vacationer and combs the streets looking for the perfect roast chicken. As owner and a producer of hundreds of events at BP, Kelly is always working tirelessly to create truly innovative designs and reminding Paige to be on time.
A California native, Mollie has been in the event industry for fifteen years and has spent her time mastering the art of creating and executing the most flawless events, all with a glass of rose in hand. She’s a whiz with a budget and impeccable at finding the perfect venue you’ve never heard of! During her down time, she’s usually hopping over to a Hawaiian infinity pool or dining out at San Francisco’s foodie haunts. Highly organized and always poised, Mollie co-manages our San Francisco office and always has her bag packed for the next hip destination.
Melissa is a born and bred Pasadena gal about town. You can spot her at the hair salon in her Sperry topsiders and navy blue collared sweaters with ballet pink nails and no-nonsense attitude. Bright, cheery, and girly she loves Ralph Lauren, USC, and Ryan Seacrest. She hates cheese (WHAT?) but loves a cold beer and a good book. An adventurous spirit who adores sky-diving and travel, she knows the hottest hotels around. Super organized, classicly stylish, and very considerate, Melissa has been a team member since 2010 and is now a full fledged BP producer.
Aaron came to BP after running his own creative event producing studio in San Francisco. After attending WedPrep and winning our rainbow colored hearts, we snatched him up as our own. A man about town, Aaron whips around in his Mini Cooper and wins best dressed award for his Helmut Lang shoes. Usually found hobnobbing with the most interesting people, Aaron’s friendly and cool manner keeps him on point under pressure. He wears multiple producer hats including logistical expert and designer extraordinaire. Plus, he brings some (much needed) masculine energy to the girl camp around the BP water cooler.
Sage has more stamps on her passport than a grad school train-hopper. A traveler at heart, she was raised by bohemian parents galavanting between Malibu, Taos, Jamaica and Lake Tahoe. At 18 she landed back in SoCal and has been here ever since. An artist and teacher for many years of her life, Sage has an eye for color and composition and the calm of a seasoned professional. You can find her sitting by a bonfire on the beach or poolside at the Ritz, she loves it all. She is cool as a cucumber, sharp as a tack, and Type A in her logistic programming. Nothing gets past her, detail for detail.
Emily is a peach of a girl with lots of ideas and the work ethic of a Quarter horse. You can find her taking beautiful photos on Instagram, creating well designed inspiration boards, looking up facts about the Titanic, and managing Paige & Kelly events with grace. A SoCal girl with doe eyes and a curious mind, Emily has her hand in the coordination of all the events we produce and keeps Paige & Kelly sane with her efficient attention to detail. She runs productions with a sharp hand and kind demeanor. She also has a few hidden talents like charming handwriting that you will see gracing many of our textual decorations.
Cassie has been a Jane of all trades around BP since 2013. Event designer, Paige & Kelly’s assistant, production manager, decor manager, and the list goes on. The most genuine, no-flustered spirit who never whines about her hour commute from the O.C. (Insert gratitude). Cassie brings a ray of sunshine to our team everyday. A hard-working soul with the creativity of a true visionary, Cassie surprises us at every turn. You can find her exploring the world in her spontaneous weekend trips and beautiful Instagram photography as well as frequent 8pm trips to Disneyland on a Wednesday. Yeah, we’re never letting her go.
In 2013, a UCLA grad with a lot of spunk and tons of ambition came to intern for us. We immediately fell for her adorable persona and level headed troubleshooting ability. Post internship, we didn’t want to let her go. Alexa is now full time assistant to our Senior Producer Melissa Pearson and inspires us all to keep learning and never has a hair out of place. Still a kid at heart, Alexa craves mac n’cheese, gummy bears, and has an infectious laugh. (Makes her really good at planning the wee ones birthday parties!) But don’t be fooled, this gal is a tough cookie with a perfectionist drive and a great attitude. Intern no more, she is fueled by her great event planner spirit.
